ABOUT JULES SOPKO

I am a former softball player and current powerlifter, working as a personal trainer in the greater Philadelphia area while studying for my masters as a graduate assistant at West Chester University.

As a NSCA-CSCS and USAW L1 certified coach, I train youth athletes with the maximum effective dose of strength and conditioning. Using personalized programming and semi-private sessions, each client has a long term, progressive plan to develop the athlete who is prepared to go to the next level.
